Last Updated: July 4, 2026
Welcome to Power Pilot USA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at powerpilotusa.com (the “Site”) and any related services, including requests for quotes, scheduling, and communications with our team. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services Description
Power Pilot USA provides licensed electrical contracting services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. All service agreements, pricing, timelines, and scope of work are confirmed only through a written estimate, invoice, or signed contract between you and Power Pilot USA.
3. Quotes, Estimates, and Scheduling
When you submit a contact form, call our office, or request a “Free Quote,” you authorize us to contact you using the information provided. Quotes and estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate document unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to revise pricing if site conditions differ materially from what was described, if additional code requirements apply, or if you request changes to the scope of work.
Appointment times are estimates. While we strive to arrive on schedule, delays may occur due to emergencies, weather, traffic, or prior jobs running longer than expected. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified on your invoice or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of work or according to the milestones outlined in your contract. We accept payment methods as indicated on your invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection costs as permitted by applicable law. Deposits, when required, are non-refundable except as stated in your written agreement or as required by law.
5. Permits, Inspections, and Code Compliance
Electrical work may require permits and inspections in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes (including NEC standards where applicable). Unless your contract states otherwise, permit fees and inspection coordination are included in or itemized on your estimate. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property for our electricians, inspectors, and utility representatives.
6. Warranties and Limitations
We warrant our workmanship in accordance with the warranty period stated on your invoice or service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN WRITING, THE SITE AND ANY INFORMATION THEREON ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power Pilot USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site. Prohibited conduct includes: attempting unauthorized access to our systems; transmitting malware or harmful code; scraping or harvesting data without permission; impersonating another person; submitting false or misleading information; harassing our staff; or using the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Power Pilot USA, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
